What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and that’s no problem! We simply ask that you give us notice by 4:30 p.m. the day prior to your appointment. If for some reason the team is unable to service your home as scheduled due to a same-day cancellation, no-show, or lock-out, you will be assessed a $70 fee. We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes, but our teams reserve their time especially for you and the cleaning of your home. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, we are unable to offer refunds on services. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and we guarantee it. If anything was missed during your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll happily send the team back to finish any items overlooked.
